The obituary noted Mr. Chaikin’s contribution to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area Trial Lawyers’ Association , an organization in which he served as President. Moreover, and most importantly, notice was taken of Mr. Chaikin’s contribution to the community in his fight against no fault automobile insurance.
