Trial attorney Allan M. Siegel has tried and settled hundreds of cases in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He has distinguished himself in the legal community by routinely taking what others have deemed to be ordinary, or even impossible cases and attaining extraordinary results.  His dedication and perseverance, combined with his courtroom skills, has quickly earned him respect among his peers.  He has been named one of Washington's  "Best Lawyers" by Washingtonian Magazine on three occasions, in December 2004, December 2007, and December 2009.  The Washingtonian compiles this list by contacting local attorneys in the personal injury field and asking them who they would choose to represent them if they needed legal assistance. 

Trial attorney, Allan M. Siegel is the immediate Past President of the Trial Lawyers' Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. (DC-TLA). Prior to serving as President, he served as President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and spent six years on the Board of Governors of this organization. He also co-chaired the membership committee and served two years as the co-chairman of the education committee, planning, organizing, and moderating educational programs presented to other lawyers throughout the D.C. Metropolitan Area.  Allan is an active member of The American Association for Justice a national organization whose primary purpose is to promote and protect the civil justice system in America.   He was recently elected to serve as DC-TLA's delegate to The American Association for Justice.

Allan is a 1991 graduate of The George Washington University, where he graduated magna cum laude.  Allan obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University's National Law Center in 1994 where he graduated with honors.  He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. 

Allan was born in Baltimore, Maryland.   He met his wife Cindy, who is from St. Louis, Missouri, while in law school.  He lives with Cindy and his two children, Courtney (11) and Morgan (8), in North Potomac, Maryland.
