On November 4, 2009, the Daily Washington Law Reporter contained a full page notice informing the public of Mr. Chaikin’s passing. The sentence below Mr. Chaikin’s photograph states “The imprint of his standards is embedded in the soul of our law firm.” That will undoubtedly remain true forevermore.
