Ethan:
I was injured by another driver in an auto accident. The experience was life-changing and surprising, and this was all completely new to me. Something that really stood out for me with Joe was if I ever had a question or had some more information or needed clarification on something, I could reach out to them via phone or email, and they were back in touch with me the same day. They also kept me really well informed about the progress of my case and explaining things to me, and I felt like they were on top of things from start to finish. He worked tirelessly for my interests and he was also really aggressive with a very, very stubborn insurance company. And the result of that and the result of the case, it’s left me with a lot of peace of mind as I contemplate the future.
