Throughout his legal career, Russell has built a broad base of experience spanning civil litigation, legislative work, and administrative law. He served as a law clerk for Judge Peter B. Krauser of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, as well as for Judges Robert J. Steinberg and Alexandria N. Williams of the District Court of Maryland. This foundation has given him a deep understanding of courtroom dynamics, client advocacy, and strategic case development.
