Trial Attorney Ebony M. Robinson joined Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. in September 2007. Ms. Robinson has quickly established herself as an aggressive advocate for victims who have suffered personal injury resulting from the negligence of others. Her practice areas include automobile accidents, wrongful death actions, defective products, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Robinson was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Ms. Robinson received her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law in 2006. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester, where she graduated with honors. While at the Washington College of Law, Ms. Robinson was an active member of the Mock Trial Honor Society, and served as a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic, where she represented criminal defendants in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Ms. Robinson is a member of the Trial Lawyers' Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. ("DC-TLA") and was recently elected to serve as governor on the Board of Governors. Prior to serving as governor, Ms. Robinson served as chair of the education committee of DC-TLA. Ms. Robinson is also an active member of the American Association for Justice ("AAJ") where she served two years as the regional coordinator for the Washington, D.C. regional tournament for AAJ's National Student Trial Advocacy Competition where over 200 law school teams compete in 14 regional competitions across the country. In addition, Ms. Robinson is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
