When you come in for your free consultation you will meet with your assigned Claims Manager and one of the partners, either Ira Sherman, Joseph Cammarata, or Allan Siegel. Thereafter, the partner and Claims Manager will be available to you virtually 24 hours a day. Every one of your needs, arising out of the injuries and/or inconveniences caused as a result of the incident, will be handled promptly and professionally.

If we are unable to settle your case without going to Court, an attorney will be assigned to the case. This does not mean that you lose contact with the Claims Manager or partner, which you meet during your consultation, in any way. The Claims Manager and partner will still be available to you and they will remain in contact with you for the duration of your case. This allows us to provide a litigation team to assure that you receive full and complete justice.
