Personal injury attorney Steven H. Kaminski has devoted his career to protecting the rights of victims. He joined Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata, & Siegel P.C. as an associate attorney in July of 2003. His practice areas include automobile accidents, worker's compensation cases, wrongful death actions, premises liability incidents, police brutality and employment discrimination. Prior to joining the firm, his practice areas also included consumer class actions and construction site accidents.

Steve H. Kaminski received his B.A. in Political Science from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1992. He attended The Catholic University of America School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 1999. While at Catholic Law, Mr. Kaminski was elected to serve as a Note & Comment Editor of The Catholic University Law Review.

Mr. Kaminski is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Maryland and Arizona, as well as the local courts of the District of Columbia. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Kaminski currently lives in Virginia with his wife, Roya.
