Christopher J. Daniels, Esquire

Mr. Daniels practice includes Auto Accidents, Criminal, Medical Malpractice, Worker's Compensation, Trademark, Copyrights and Patent. Prior to founding the Law Office of Christopher J. Daniels, LLC, Mr. Daniels studied clinical medicine for two years at the Ross University School of Medicine earning the coursework equivalent to a Medical Master's Degree. During his time in medical school, Mr. Daniels served as a teaching assistant in the areas of gross anatomy and clinical histology. Mr. Daniels worked for several years as an analytical and quality scientist for major pharmaceutical companies developing testing and qualifying drugs for the marketplace. Mr. Daniels has served as an Occupational Safety and Health professional for the National Institutes of Health, developing and enforcing OSHA policy and practices thereby protecting employees from dangerous occupational exposure to chemical, biological and physical workplace hazards and injuries. At the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Daniels concentrated his education in the areas of Intellectual Properties and Medical Law. As a result of his extensive medical and scientific background, Mr. Daniels is uniquely qualified to understand degrees of injury; therefore, Mr. Daniels is better qualified to represent victims of injury allowing his client to procure the maximum settlement award.
