Wrongful Death Case- July 2008
"On July 23, 2009 I encountered the worst situation imaginable, the tragic death of my 18 month old son. The occurrence happened in a home daycare. A very dear friend, Rand Chatman, recommended that I contact one of the attorneys at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. Initially, I was hesitant about pursuing counsel although I was anxious to know how my son died. In October 2008, I met with Mr. Ira Sherman and Mr. Rand Chatman. Mr. Sherman accepted the case.
